📍 Above 250 KM/day =upto ₹20/km extra charge.
⛽ Return vehicle with same fuel level.

📄 Terms & Conditions
1. Vehicle Condition & Return
- Vehicle provided clean; must be returned in the same condition.
- Damage or misuse will be charged at actual repair cost.
- Minor damages up to ₹25,000 are borne by the customer.
- Major damages will be claimed under insurance.
- Customer pays rent until vehicle is repaired.
2. Documents & Eligibility
- Valid DL + Government ID compulsory.
- Minimum age: 18 for bikes, 21 for cars.
- Fake documents = immediate cancellation, no refund.
3. Rental Charges & Security Deposit
- Rental payable in advance.
- Refundable security deposit required.
- 250 km/day exceeded = ₹20/km extra.
4. Fuel & Usage
- Return with same fuel level.
- Speed limit 90 km/hr; fine ₹500 per violation.
5. Safety & Helmets
- Helmet mandatory for bikes.
- Triple riding prohibited.
- Safe and lawful driving required at all times.
6. Liability & Risk
- Customer is responsible for self, passengers, and property.
- Company not liable for accident, injury, death, or loss.
7. Insurance & Compliance
- Insurance doesn't cover damages below ₹25,000.
- Negligence damages are not covered.
- Traffic challans are the customer's responsibility.
8. Termination
- Misuse or non-payment = booking cancelled.
- Illegal activity = no refund.
